Return & Refund Policy

Bespoke Items

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade stationery and custom commissions, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once a design has been approved and production has started.


Damaged Goods

If your items arrive damaged or with a clear manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a partial refund.


Cancellations

Cancellations for custom orders must be made before production begins. Any costs incurred for materials already purchased will be deducted from the refund.


Non-Custom Items

For standard, non-customized products from our seasonal collections, you have 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
